Property and Cancellation Policies :
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances are subject to written approval.
- Consideration for cancellation is required in writing together with supplementary documentation justifying reason for cancellation.
- No show on check in date without prior written advise will render the entire booking null and void and no refund will apply.
- All succeeding days of stay under the booking after a No Show will be void and cannot be used.
- Cancellation fees (based on total accommodation expense; based on date of arrival): 1 month 50%, 2 weeks 75%, 1 week - 100%
- For cancellations during peak surcharge dates (Stay Dates: Holy Week: March 28-April 2,2018 | Christmas/New Year: December 22, 2018 - January 03, 2019), full payment is required
- Payment for cancelled bookings due to force majeur can be re-booked once within six (6) months from the date of cancellation subject to room availability & room rate differential increment.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time 2:00 PM, early check-in is subject to island availability. Cut off check in time is at 5:00 PM due to coast guard policy & restrictions.
- Check in time is between 2 pm and 5 pm only. If guests arrive after this time the island will not be available for check in. Alternative in land (town) accommodation will need to be arranged by the guests at their expense if they are unable to check in at 2pm - 5pm on the date of arrival.
- Entry to Island is through sea access only therefore guests will get wet going to and from island. Please secure valuables and prepare for wet conditions upon check in.
- Check-out time 12:00 NN, Late check-out can be requested subject to availability and charges.
- ELECTRICITY: Generator Power is supplied from 5 pm - 7 am daily or is subject to 6 hours rest daily.
- First Night deposit is required prior to arrival to secure booking
- Remaining balance should be paid in full one week before or upon arrival rate is inclusive of government tax
- Only Peso currency is acceptable for International bank transfer
- Bookings not finalized on a given cut-off date will be auto-cancelled
- No Booking Order or Confirmation voucher received – No Booking
- Villa Rental good for 6 persons (minimum)
- First meal upon check-in: Dinner, last meal before check out: Breakfast
- Two-way boat transfer from El Nido Town to Ipil Waterfront (vice versa)
- Use of in-house facilities (kayaks, umbrella, beach chairs, etc.)
- On-site personnel assistance
- Minimum of Two (2) Nights stay
- Please note that except by prior arrangement confirmed in writing (via email), only the number of persons specified on a booking confirmation may occupy a room.
- If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements or room location for seniors or PWD), please let us know at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for informing us of any losses or damage to the property as soon as possible. Please note that you will be liable to pay us for any losses or damage to the property caused by you or a member of your party (except reasonable wear and tear).
- If any guest behaves inappropriately, improperly, or illegally, we reserve the right to ask the guest and their party to leave the property before the end of their booking period. No refund will given.
- The Island is a drug free zone any guests found in possession and/or use of illegal drugs will be reported to the authorities to up hold the law as outlined in the Philippine Drug Penalty Act.
- The room key is your responsibility. Lost keys will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. We encourage you to proceed to our designated smoking area at the beach front.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Only registered guests are allowed to occupy the island throughout the duration of the booking. No additional guests are allowed to enter the island at any time (day or night).
- If unregistered guests are discovered on the island the entire groups bookings will be in violation and the party will be asked to leave the island.
- Cooking is not allowed inside the villa as food/meal is already part of the rental rate
- We strive to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. However, should any part of your stay not be to your satisfaction please address these concerns with us as soon as possible so that we can address them immediately. We will always do our best to remedy any issues.
- Ipil Waterfront accepts no liability for the theft, loss, or damage of items during your stay.
